I hired Kairos Roofing to replace my roof, after a long battle with my insurance company. My project manager was Andres, and I cannot thank him enough for his timeliness, flexibility to work within my work schedule to meet, his knowledge on the scope of work and most of all his professionalism. Andres is a quality team member of Kairos and I thankful he was my project manager.

I entered under a contract with Kairos roofing to reroof my rental house. I chose them because I witnessed their crews first hand doing work in my neighborhood and my choice was reinforced by the strong reviews they have online. They are a very professionally run company with seemingly pleasant employees but I am giving a lower review because when my rental was inspected it was determined that I would need dramatically more wood for repairs than they put in their standard allotment. I completely understand this and I know that the allotment they made was an industry standard. My issue was that since we realized that the house was not worth the $20k+ shingle roof we decided to cancel our contract. The contract they have has a 10% liquidated damages clause for cancellation. Since no work was actually done I was hopeful that they would deduct the permitting fee from this liquidated damages but they of course have a subsection "such other costs actually incurred by contractor" so they charged another $700 for for the "runners" and permit fees. I totally understand the 10% penalty because they are a business and have to cover business overhead but after the few people I had dealt with on a professional level prior to having to cancel I was disappointed that they did not have any wiggle room on their penalties. This was a single family home and I interacted with their employees maybe a total of 30 minutes. All of their quotes and contracts are forms so the office expenses incurred for my quote and one on site inspection certainly did not hit $1700. So I am now out $2400 with nothing to show for it. I am sure most roofing companies have similar provisions but wanted to post this as a warning that you should not confuse their professionalism for kindness or compassion. Before you enter into a contract I suggest that you ask them to do their pre-work inspection to make sure you don't get any expensive surprises like I did.

My Mother-in law had an old leak in a valley on her barrel tile roof and we called Kairos to fix it. Misty is in charge of the repair group and she was very friendly with mother in law. Arranged for an estimate, they came, and provided her with clear proposal and price. They should up to do the work and found a bigger issue than what they thought (some termites) but the team, did an incredible job in fixing it all at the quoted price! Came on time, were clean, and efficient. Highly recommend them for all repairs! Misty is great to work with - ask for her when it comes to repairs.

We reached back out to Evan at Karios Roofing in February to sign contract,get samples,choose color, and give him the go ahead to start and we are very happy we did!He explained the whole process in detail.Demo of the roof started mid March and the new roof was completed just a couple days into April! The whole experience was smooth and painless, Maria the Project Manager kept us informed every step of the way. The prep crew,clean up crew and tile crews were fantastic as was the demo crew! When it was all done Eddie came by to do a few touch ups and make sure all was good.Final building permit was signed off on shortly there after.The workmanship looks Great and so does our new roof!Definitely would do it again with Karios Roofing, a very well organized company!

I recently had Kairos Roofing install a new roof, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed!Matt, the sales rep, really knew his stuff. He painted a clear picture of the project's vision, and despite not being the cheapest option, his professionalism and attention to detail won me over.Maria, the project manager, was fantastic. Always responsive and on top of things, she quickly fixed any minor issues that came up.Eddie, the construction manager, and his team were lightning-fast. My roof was finished in no time, which was a pleasant surprise.Just one bit of feedback: it'd be great if they were a bit more proactive with suggestions. There was a structural issue with my roof that initially went unaddressed until it was escalated after the construction crew first saying we couldn’t fix it. But, to their credit, they sorted it out in the end.Overall, I'd definitely recommend Kairos Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof!

Horrible experience with this company. They quoted us at 18,000 and without any updates on the project, ended up charging up upwards of 32,000. We had to have them come out and redo the fascia boards because they were already falling apart within the week of the job being finished. They damaged 90% of our soffits so badly that we were left with no choice but to hire someone for 4000+ to come repair those. We still have to come up with the money to have someone paint our fascia and put up new gutters because they didn't do that either. They dropped something on the open roof, putting a 3'x3' hole in my son's br ceiling while we were home. They were completely unapologetic about the entire thing and didn't budge on the price for going way over estimate and didn't budge on improving the quality of their work or anything to try and make the situation better. Instead, they told us we had a week longer to come up with the other 14000 or they would put a lein on our home ( that we just bought 3 months prior). If your looking for a hardworking company that is trustworthy and cares about their work quality and their customers, don't choose this company. If their quote is lower than others, it's a bait and switch, don't fall for it.

My husband and I have lived in our Pompano Beach home for over 50 years with the same flat tile roof that was originally installed when the house was built. I saw that Kairos was doing the roof down the street and inquired. I looked into the company and had a good first meeting with the sales person who gave me a confident feeling that they knew what they were doing and that they had a lot of good supply of tile which is hard to find without a lot of lead time.I worked with a few coordinators but the project managed by Andy or Andres, was great. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was smooth throughout the multiple steps in the process, and if any hiccups came along the way, they were quickly resolved.I couldn’t recommend them more and, you will be pleased with your roof project being managed by Kairos!

After researching multiple roofers in South Florida I eventually requested quotes from several of the companies. Some responded with emails and a few also followed up with a phone call. Kairos was one of the ones who followed up with a phone call. Those I dealt with, Matt (Sales), Javier (Project Manager), and Erich (Project Supervisor), were professional, punctual,responsive to texts or calls, and attentive to our needs. The crew worked hard to get the project done not only quickly, but correctly. They took the time to carefully cover everything around the perimeter of the house, plants, pool and patio, pool equipment, etc. to keep from damaging anything. Their clean-up was incredible. They walk around your house several times with a large magnet to make sure they get the nails up. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof.Update:03/27/2024I received a follow-up email from My Safe Florida Homes regarding a grant that Matt (Kairos Salesman) initially informed me of. The email outlined the next steps needed to complete the process for the grant. I contacted Kairos and contacted their Service Department Manager, Misty Willard, who was very pleasant and happy to assist me in any way possible to ensure I could complete the process. I was even contacted by the project manager Javier, to see if I needed anything else. You often hear so many horror stories about companies not responding to you after the job is done and they've collected their money. I can tell you that's not the case with Kairos. If you have any type of roofing needs, Kairos is the company I recommend.
